Lagree Durham Studio Policies

We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and dependable experience for our entire community. Please review the following policies before purchasing or reserving a class.

By creating an account, purchasing a service, or reserving a class or recovery session, you agree to the policies below as well as any applicable membership or package agreement.

Reservations

Advance reservations are strongly encouraged because classes are limited to 11 clients.

Reservations must be made through the Lagree Durham website or mobile app. Each client must have their own account and a completed liability waiver on file before participating. Memberships, class packages, and reservations may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Arrival and Late Entry

First-time clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class for an introduction to the studio, equipment, and essential safety procedures. Returning clients should arrive at least five minutes early.

For safety, first-time clients who are not present for the pre-class equipment introduction will not be permitted to participate.

Once class begins, entry is not guaranteed. Clients arriving more than five minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted, and their reservation will be treated as a no-show. A reserved machine may be released to a waiting client at the start of class.

Please allow enough time for parking, check-in, and personal belongings.

Class Cancellations and No-Shows

Classes must be canceled through your Lagree Durham account or mobile app at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will return the eligible class credit to your account.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will incur a $10 late-cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend without canceling will incur a $20 no-show fee, and/or the class credit will be forfeited.

  • Clients using an unlimited membership will be charged the applicable fee but do not have a class credit to forfeit.

  • Clients using a single class, class pack, introductory offer, or limited monthly membership may lose the associated credit in addition to the applicable no-show fee.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact us promptly if an emergency prevents you from attending. Any exception will be considered individually and is not guaranteed.

Waitlists

When a class is full, clients may join the waitlist through their account or mobile app.

If a space becomes available, clients may be automatically added to the class and notified using the contact information associated with their account. Joining a waitlist indicates that you intend to attend if a machine becomes available.

Once added to a class, the standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Clients are responsible for monitoring their reservation status and removing themselves from a waitlist if they are no longer available to attend.

Please keep email and text notifications enabled so you receive booking and waitlist updates.

Memberships

Monthly memberships automatically renew using the payment method saved to the client’s account unless canceled in accordance with the membership agreement.

Memberships are non-binding and do not require a long-term commitment. To cancel, written notice must be submitted to hello@lagreedurham.com at least 14 days before the next billing date. Cancellation requests received fewer than 14 days before the next billing date will take effect after that billing cycle.

Membership payments are nonrefundable and will not be prorated. Unused monthly classes do not roll over unless a particular plan expressly states otherwise.

Memberships are personal to the account holder and may not be shared, transferred, paused, extended, or exchanged except as expressly permitted by Lagree Durham.

Founding membership rates are limited and remain available only while the membership stays active and in good standing. If a founding membership is canceled, the founding rate is forfeited. Any future enrollment will be at the pricing and availability offered at that time.

Class Packs and Single Classes

Single classes and class packs are paid in full at the time of purchase.

Five- and 10-class packs expire six months after the purchase date. Unused credits will not be refunded, transferred, or extended after expiration except where required by law or expressly approved by Lagree Durham.

Class packs and single-class purchases are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and intended only for the individual named on the account.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee availability in a particular class. Clients must reserve each class separately through the booking platform.

Student Memberships

Student pricing is available only to eligible students who complete the required verification process. A current student ID, enrollment record, or other acceptable documentation may be required.

Student eligibility is approved by academic term:

  • Spring 2027: January through May

  • Subsequent spring terms: February through May, unless otherwise announced

  • Fall terms: August through December

Students must reverify their eligibility for each term. Student memberships are personal, nontransferable, subject to availability, and may not be combined with other promotions. If eligibility cannot be verified or maintained, the membership may be converted to the applicable standard rate or canceled.

Recovery20 Sessions

Recovery20 compression boot sessions are 20-minute appointments and must be reserved separately unless expressly included with a promotion or membership.

Clients should arrive on time with clean, dry clothing. Late arrival may shorten the available session so the next reservation can begin on schedule. Recovery sessions are subject to the same 12-hour cancellation policy as classes.

Compression therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Clients should not use the boots if they have a condition for which compression therapy is contraindicated unless they have received clearance from a qualified healthcare provider. Please notify the team of any relevant medical concerns before use.

Recovery20 is a wellness service and is not medical treatment or a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

What to Wear and Bring

Comfortable, breathable workout clothing is recommended. Grip socks are required during all Lagree classes for safety, stability, and studio hygiene. Regular socks do not satisfy this requirement.

Grip socks will be available for purchase at the studio. Please also bring a water bottle; glass containers are not permitted in the workout area.

Shoes, bags, coats, phones, and other personal items should be stored in the designated area before class begins. Lagree Durham is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

Age and Guest Policy

Clients must be at least 16 years old to participate in classes, pop-ups, or recovery services.

Clients under 18 must have all required waivers and agreements completed by a parent or legal guardian before participating.

For safety, children under 16 may not wait unattended in the studio while a parent or guardian takes class. Guests who are not participating may not remain in the workout area during class unless approved by the studio.

Only trained service animals are permitted in the studio.

Pregnancy, Injuries, and Medical Conditions

Clients who are pregnant, injured, recovering from a procedure, or managing a health condition should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

Please inform your instructor before class of any injury, pregnancy, limitation, or relevant health concern. Instructors may provide general modifications but cannot diagnose conditions or provide medical advice.

Clients who are pregnant and completely new to Lagree may be encouraged to begin with a private session after receiving medical clearance.

Participation is always voluntary. Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies and stopping if they experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Studio Etiquette and Safety

We ask every client to help protect the shared studio experience:

  • Follow instructor directions and use the equipment only as demonstrated.

  • Keep phones silenced and stored during class.

  • Wipe down the equipment after use with the studio-provided products.

  • Avoid strong fragrances out of consideration for clients with sensitivities.

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow clients respectfully.

  • Do not attend class while experiencing a contagious illness.

  • Do not participate while impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may affect safe movement.

Lagree Durham may refuse participation or terminate studio access when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, or inconsistent with these policies.

Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law. Memberships, classes, packages, appointments, promotional offers, gift cards, and retail purchases are generally nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on their account. Outstanding balances, declined payments, or unpaid cancellation fees may prevent future reservations until the account is brought current.

Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively or combined with another offer unless expressly stated.

Schedule and Instructor Changes

Class times, instructors, services, and operating hours may occasionally change. Lagree Durham will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but a reservation is for the scheduled class—not a specific instructor.

An instructor substitution or routine schedule adjustment does not qualify for a refund. If Lagree Durham cancels a class or appointment, the affected credit will be returned or the session will be rescheduled.
